  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (30g) mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for extra nutrition)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and chia seeds until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10-15 minutes (this makes rolling easier).
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls (about 1-inch).
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
