  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk melted coconut oil (or vegan butter), brown sugar, maple syrup, plant milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop & Bake: Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
  6. Cool & Enjoy: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
