Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (or almond flour for keto)
- 2 tbsp sugar (or keto sweetener)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 large eggs (or flax eggs: 2 tbsp flaxseed + 5 tbsp water)
- ½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Slowly add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until smooth.
2️⃣ Cook the Waffles
- Preheat waffle iron & lightly grease it.
- Pour ½ cup batter into the waffle iron and close the lid.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown & crispy.
