Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (or almond flour for keto)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or keto sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 large eggs (or flax eggs: 2 tbsp flaxseed + 5 tbsp water)
  • ½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix the Batter

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Slowly add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until smooth.

2️⃣ Cook the Waffles

  • Preheat waffle iron & lightly grease it.
  • Pour ½ cup batter into the waffle iron and close the lid.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown & crispy.

3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

  • Top with butter, maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream!
