Strawberry Chocolate Overnight Oats — Strawberries

- ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (for extra thickness)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- ½ cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (optional, for extra indulgence)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix Everything Together
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and plant milk.
- Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips (if using).
- Fold in chopped strawberries.
2️⃣ Let It Chill
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and thicken.
3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
