  • 1 can (14 oz/400g) black beans or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or beef broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics:
    Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing for 2 minutes until fragrant.
