Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tbsp instant coffee (or 1 shot of espresso)
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or honey if not keto)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
