Ingredients: (Serves 4)
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets (~4 cups)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook the Cauliflower:
