  • 5 large jalapeños, halved and deseeded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
    • Stir in crumbled bacon (if using).
  3. Stuff the Jalapeños:
    • Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Bake or Air-Fry:
    • Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
    • Air fryer: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes for extra crispiness.
