A sweet, savory, and sticky glaze caramelizes beautifully over tender, flaky salmon—ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Glaze
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
2️⃣ Sear the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden.
3️⃣ Glaze & Caramelize
- Flip the salmon and pour the glaze over it.
- Spoon glaze over the fillets as they cook for 2-3 more minutes, until caramelized.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
