Ingredients:

For the Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split into drumettes & flats)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispy skin)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
For the Honey BBQ Sauce:
- ½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional, for spice)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the Wings
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels (moisture = less crispy).
- In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Bake Until Crispy
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
- In a saucepan, heat BBQ sauce, honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce over medium heat.
- Stir for 2-3 minutes until smooth and glossy.
4️⃣ Toss & Serve
- Remove wings from the oven and toss in the honey BBQ sauce.
- Return to the oven for 5 more minutes to caramelize.
