  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda

For Pancakes (Makes ~8 Pancakes):

  • 1 cup GF pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together wet ingredients.
  2. Stir in the dry mix until just combined (don’t overmix!).
  3. Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.

For Waffles (Makes ~4 Waffles):

  • 1 cup GF waffle mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk wet ingredients together, then mix in the dry mix.
  2. Cook in a preheated waffle iron until golden and crispy.
