- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup coconut milk or water (for a creamier version)

- ¼ tsp black pepper

- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
