Here’s a light, fluffy, and gluten-free Cloud Bread recipe! ☁️🍞 Perfect for sandwiches or a low-carb snack.

Ingredients: (Makes ~6 small pieces)

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened) or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (helps with fluffiness)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Set to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the Egg Whites:
    • In a clean bowl, beat egg whites + cream of tartar with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix the Yolks:
    • In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold Together:
    • Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites. Be careful not to deflate the mixture!
  5. Shape & Bake:
    • Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet in small rounds.
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Cool & Serve:
    • Let cool for a few minutes before handling.
    • Use as a bread substitute for sandwiches, burgers, or just eat plain!
