    • Stir in curry powder, turmeric, five-spice powder, and chili flakes. Cook for 30 seconds to release the flavors.
    • Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring well.
  4. Thicken the Sauce:
    • Add coconut milk and mix.
    • If using xanthan gum, sprinkle it in gradually while stirring (or dissolve cornstarch in water and add).
    • Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Combine & Simmer:
