- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)

Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients (except sprinkles) in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles (don’t overmix, or the colors will bleed).
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds, until the cake rises and is set in the middle.
- Let cool for a minute, then top with whipped cream, frosting, or extra sprinkles!
