  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except sprinkles) in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the sprinkles (don’t overmix, or the colors will bleed).
  3. Microwave for 60-90 seconds, until the cake rises and is set in the middle.
  4. Let cool for a minute, then top with whipped cream, frosting, or extra sprinkles!

  • Don’t overcook—microwave times vary, so start with 60 seconds!
