Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/plant-based alternative)
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cups beef broth (or veggie broth)
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 8 oz pasta (elbow, shells, or rotini)
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup heavy cream (or milk/plant-based alternative)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Meat
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion & garlic, cooking for 2 more minutes.
2️⃣ Add Flavor
- Mix in tomato paste, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir for 1 minute to blend flavors.
3️⃣ Cook the Pasta
- Pour in broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in pasta, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
4️⃣ Make It Cheesy
- Stir in cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and ketchup.
- Mix well until creamy and melted.
