Strawberry Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

🥣 For One Serving:

  • ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for extra thickness)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • ½ cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (optional, for extra indulgence)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix Everything Together

  • In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and plant milk.
  • Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips (if using).
  • Fold in chopped strawberries.

2️⃣ Let It Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and thicken.
