A super easy, refreshing, and naturally sweet sorbet—no ice cream maker needed!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen strawberries
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- Blend: In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend frozen strawberries and maple syrup until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
- Serve Immediately: Enjoy soft-serve style, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Scoop & Enjoy! Garnish with fresh mint or a drizzle of coconut milk for extra creaminess.
