Strawberry 2-Ingredient Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Blend: In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend frozen strawberries and maple syrup until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Adjust Sweetness: Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
  3. Serve Immediately: Enjoy soft-serve style, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
  4. Scoop & Enjoy! Garnish with fresh mint or a drizzle of coconut milk for extra creaminess.
