  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for drizzling over breadcrumbs)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (9×9 or similar size works well).
  2. Prepare the Dip Base:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add Jalapeños and Seasoning:
    • Stir in the chopped fresh jalapeños, pickled jalapeños (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to Baking Dish:
    • Spoon the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Prepare the Topping (Optional):
    • In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the olive oil to lightly coat the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the dip.
