  • 3 tbsp almond flour (or 1 tbsp coconut flour for nut-free)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 large egg (or flax egg: 1 tbsp flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp water)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients

  • In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in melted butter and egg until smooth.

2️⃣ Microwave It!

  • Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  • Let cool for 30 seconds, then remove from the container.

3️⃣ Slice & Enjoy

  • Slice in half and toast for extra crispiness!
  • Use it for sandwiches, avocado toast, or buttered keto bread.
