- 3 tbsp almond flour (or 1 tbsp coconut flour for nut-free)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 large egg (or flax egg: 1 tbsp flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp water)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients
- In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter and egg until smooth.
2️⃣ Microwave It!
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
- Let cool for 30 seconds, then remove from the container.
