Instructions:

    • Crack the eggs into the well and use a fork to gradually mix the eggs into the flour.
    • Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. If sticky, add a little more flour.
    • Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Roll & Cut:
    • Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.
    • Cut into your desired pasta shape (fettuccine, spaghetti, or even hand-cut ribbons).
  3. Cook:
    • Boil salted water and cook pasta for 2-3 minutes (fresh pasta cooks quickly!).
    • Drain and toss with your favorite sauce! 🍅🧄
