A quick, easy, and delicious no-yeast pizza dough made with just 2 ingredients—perfect for a fast homemade pizza!

Ingredients:

🥣 Makes 1 medium pizza (serves 2-3)

  • 1 cup self-rising flour (or see substitution below)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

🔹 No self-rising flour? Use:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Dough

  • In a bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until it forms a dough.
  • Knead on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

2️⃣ Shape the Crust

  • Roll out into a thin pizza crust (or shape it by hand).
  • Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.

3️⃣ Add Toppings

  • Spread pizza sauce, add cheese, and your favorite toppings.

4️⃣ Bake & Serve

  • Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
