That can happen sometimes, if you prefer you can combine the garlic, oil, and lemon juice and spread that on the chicken before sprinkling the ranch dressing mix over it. I recommend spraying the chicken with some oil just to coat the dry spice mix before baking if you do that. Glad you like it!
